Damaged Product

Have you received a damaged product?

Please follow these instructions:

Send a photo of:

- Photos of the damage

- Photo of the entire print

- Photo of package label, text/barcode must be legible

- Photo of packaging inside (bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the inside of the cardboard box where you can see the buffer that has been made)

- Photo of the outside of the package, preferably a close-up of any damage to the package. Note: There is not necessarily visible damage to the package even if there is transport damage.

We need photos in good resolution. Feel free to send them in full or large size to sam@samtaylorart.co.uk.

 

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an issue with your order, we will need a photo of the barcode from the box, a full size photo of the print and a close up of the damage. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returning prints
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, you may return it to a UK address but this will be at your cost. Once we have received and checked the return we can issue you with a full refund. 

Returning originals

Original artwork can be returned (insured) providing it is undamaged and in all its original packaging.  In the unlikely event your original arrives damaged, please follow the above steps in the ‘damaged product section’.
